So, what characterizes a good orator? What are the rules we should follow when we speak?<\/p>\n<p>This book by\u00a0<strong>Samuele Briatore<\/strong>, the president of the Italian Academy of Good Manners (<strong>Accademia Italiana di Galateo<\/strong>), is an essential guide to\u00a0<strong>good communication habits<\/strong>\u00a0starting with an analysis of the context, then the origins of storytelling and its social function to the gauging of the voice and posture depending on the situation. Obviously, it doesn\u2019t overlook the importance of emotions as an essential component of a conversation, an element that is capable of eliciting empathy in the listener.
