What did Fausto and Giuseppe Bagatti Valsecchi have to pack when they decided to go on a trip? First, a nice big trunk would be just the thing in which they could put everything they needed. Let’s discover together here and there in the rooms all the things that they might have needed for a long trip: pens and ink wells for writing letters, an hour glass for measuring time, an antique shoe horn…. The visit concludes with a workshop (in Italian) for kids. The outline of a trunk will be the spring board for their imagination, filling it with the drawings of all the objects that they saw during their visit, or one that their minds invent.
